BalePress 4 is convienient to use even at small material amounts. The small baling presses create order, cleanliness and space.
Baler press for compacting material to 0,7 x 0,5 x 0,5 m bales with a maximum weight of 40 kg.
Optimally used for pressing up to 30 t/year.
These presses are designed for small spaces.
Perfectly suited for pressing cardboard packaging, paper and film.

Compact BalePress 4 perfectly suited reducing volume for up to 90 % using 4 Ton force.

Filling height is ergonomically designed and the relative huge chamber dimensions enable high filling quantities.

The stable press-shield-guidance TopPlus® ensures long lifetime.

These models are equipped with the bale collection cart to eject the bale easily and comfortably.

BalePress 3, 4, 6 and 10 are featured with “Easy Tie” bale tying. That means fast and comfortable bale tying with open door.

Even with uneven filling of the press chamber an unbalance of the press plate is excepted due to the stable press plate guidance TopPlus®.

Safe bale ejection by hydraulical ejector and a long lifetime due to the separate cylinder.

QuickDoor®
Space saving swinging-sliding door with automatic opening for a safe and quick filling of the baler. No manual pressing of material into the chamber anymore.

CircleSystem®
Integrated down-holders prevent reexpansion of the material inside the chamber and ensure a higher bale density.

Time control
The press plate compacts the bale with full power for a specific time. Thereby high bale density and bale weights are reached. With pressure control, in contrast, press plate immediately moves up.
The bale is tied ergonomic friendly and fast whilst opened door.

HydroClose
The hydraulical door lock controls the re-expansion forces of big bales. A separate cylinder opens the door controlled and slowly so unexpected opening is avoided.

Integrated strap- & wire hooks
In the press plate integrated strap- and wire hooks ensure an easy, comfortable and fast bale tying.

PowerSave®
Energy-efficient control of the press plate due to the tandem pump. In comparison with single-pump systems 50 % energy costs are saved.
