Description of the shredder

 Rental conditions and price

• All prices are per working day and include an included number of operating hours. Furthermore running hours of operation will be given to the tenant in accordance with the price list upon termination of the lease Billed.
• The operating hours counter is on delivery & return delivery documented together with the tenant. The failure of the lessor is immediately informed of the operating hours counter to display.
• The freight cost for round trip will be billed separately.
• The rental period begins on the day of transfer the Machine and ends on the last day of the rental agreement. A handover fee will be charged for the safety-related instruction and training by a service technician.Short term:

• rental period up to 1 calendar month
• medium term:
• rental periods from 1 to 6 calendar months
• Long-term:
• rental periods from 6 to 36 calendar months
•  Working days: Monday to Friday, except legal holidays
• All prices exclusive of VAT, valid until further notice, errors reserve

• The rental prices include full service. The regular maintenance and the supply of wearing parts are with that included. If the replacement of the wearing parts / spare parts takes less than five hours, this is work to be carried out by the tenant himself.
• Fuel, operator and daily maintenance provides the Renter. The machines are delivered with a full tank. In the event of a return delivery, the identified shortfall will be calculated.
• If the condition of the rental object when it is returned does not correspond to that of the delivery, costs for a final cleaning with a cleaning fee charged posed.
• The rental prices are net prices without VAT and are valid on revocation.
• For any damage caused by improper use or negligent or grossly negligent behavior of Machine operators are incurred, the tenant is liable.
• The tenant is responsible for the timely return of the undamaged device.
• The rent is charged monthly or after Return of the machine. The invoice amount is due promptly from the invoice date and not discountable.
• The prior sale of the rental property is expressly reserved.
