Sorting systems for efficient waste management

The BRT HARTNER SF Fine Screen removes and separates the material. The material is thus optimally prepared for manual, mechanical or optical screening. The separated oversized particles consist mainly of high-quality deinking material.

The BRT HARTNER BB Bale Breaker breaks up compressed bales of PET bottles, waste paper, residual waste, plastics and a variety of other recyclable materials. The material is passed on in a well metered flow to subsequent machining processes.

The BRT HARTNER BOS Bag Opener has been specially developed for use with biowaste. After the Bag Opener, the films are still large enough to be sieved out of the material.

The BRT HARTNER BS Ballistic Separator impresses with its robust machine design for continuous operation as well as with its wide range of variants – different designs, variable widths, lengths and additional equipment are available.

The BRT HARTNER D Feed and Metering Hoppers are designed for the continuous and evenfeeding of a wide variety of materials.

In order to be able to press closed PET bottles or other high-density plastic containers, they must be perforated. BRT HARTNER PS/PD perforators are used for this purpose.

With the BRT HARTNER MF moving floor conveyor, all types of material can be conveyed, regardless of whether they are light, heavy, wet, sticky or abrasive.

The BRT HARTNER SD Screen Drums separate the material into up to four grain fractions. Suitable input materials include household waste, biowaste, compost, substitute fuel, commercial waste and construction waste.

The BRT HARTNER DM Digestate Mixer prepares digestate, sewage sludge or similar materials for aerobic treatment or the subsequent composting process. For this purpose, these almost structureless materials are mixed with structure-forming materials such as green waste, raw compost or screen overflow.

The BRT HARTNER BBS Air Belt Separator classifies the light fraction with its low specific weight from the heavy materials by air flow. Free-flowing mixed plastics and source materials for the production of substitute fuels are particularly suitable as input. For good separation results, the ratio of the smallest to the largest particle should be max. 1:4.

he BRT HARTNER ST Trommel Screens are modifications of the mobile Eggersmann TERRA SELECT Screening Machines. The possible applications are diverse and range from compost, soil or wood to household waste or metals.
