Service team qualifications

The service team at RB Baltic is continuously developing its knowledge and skills to service and repair newly delivered equipment, as well as equipment that has been delivered many years ago. RB Baltic is an authorised service and repair contractor for the equipment of the companies it represents, and the company’s service team is trained and certified according to the service training programmes of the manufacturers:

In addition to the maintenance and repair of the represented companies’ equipment, the RB Baltic service team can also offer its services for the repair and maintenance of other manufacturers’ equipment, as well as for various design, manufacturing and service tasks.

We arrive at the customer’s site with fully-stocked service vans. Fast response throughout Lithuania.

Warranty service

We carry out work that meets the manufacturers’ requirements during the warranty period. We ensure smooth operation and documentation of equipment.

We diagnose and repair faults on site or in the workshop. We can arrange transport of equipment if necessary.
