Containers with additional lid

The round containers with a retractable main lid are very user-friendly. The small lid is easy to lift for both child and adult, while the large lid easily slides off by pressing on the container body. They are convenient for waste collection companies as the lid does not need to be manually opened by the worker before emptying – it automatically opens when the container is lifted onto the refuse truck.

The containers are widely used for all applications, especially for paper and cardboard collection, as the main lid remains closed at all times and rain does not wet the raw materials inside the container. Due to their more complex design, they are more expensive than containers with flat lids.

		Extras are available for an extra charge:
	Lifting trunnions	The manufacturer proposes to install lifting handles (DIN) on the sides of the container to allow the container to be tipped in accordance with EN 1501-5.
	Marking with hot-foil printing	Individual and permanent marking on the body of the bins is available at an additional cost using single-colour hot stamping. Your logo, letters or wording, e.g. “household waste”, can be used as a label.
	Side handles	Moving and lifting of recycling containers for outdoor use can be facilitated by the installation of side grab handles according to EN 840-2. Handles are included when the containers are supplied with a central braking system.
	Chassis with central parking brake	Waste containers are also available with an optional central parking brake. The container can be locked in the centre using a foot pedal mounted on the right side of the container. The central parking brake is unlocked with a triangular key.
