Description:
This innovative rotary bucket ensures quick and easy turning and mixing of compost and other bulk materials. Material pickup is similar to that of a conventional wheel loader bucket. At the discharge point, an automatic control system starts the rotor and the hydraulically controlled rear wall of the bucket pushes the material evenly towards the rotor, depending on the rotor speed. The rotor rotates in the opposite direction and grinds the contents of the bucket, mixing them thoroughly and discharging the bulk material. This creates the optimum conditions for the composting process. Tuber material and higher density material are crushed reliably, resulting in good mixing of the bulk material.
