In designing the Horto line, we have tried to simulate what happens in nature to maximise soil-atmosphere exchange, improve thermal insulation, preserve adequate moisture and protect against weathering.
Material
100% recycled and recyclable PE, which is made from used bins, boxes etc. Certified by Plastica Seconda Vita.
Cover
Wide lid with strong hinges.
Body
- Practical modular design with reinforced bars.
- The thermal walls are made of porous, chemical-free HDPE in thicknesses from 6mm to 10mm.
- Ventilation holes in the walls for normal air circulation and humidity control.
- The profile of the housing is designed to prevent water ingress through the ventilation holes.
- Practical wall opening.
- Excellent resistance to environmental chemical attack.
- Easy to store, transport and assemble.
