Feeding and dosing hoppers are commonly used in sorting and recovery plants to feed waste paper, packaging, food, biodegradable, organic waste, and wood chips.
The D-Series feed and dosing hoppers are loaded, for example, with a front loader.
The hopper can be made in different sizes to adjust the feed intervals according to the work needs.

An integrated moving floor conveyor is used to transport materials to the dosing unit.
It releases the recycled waste and presents it for further sorting as a steady stream of materials.
Optical sensors monitor the material layer on the unloading belt.
The speed of the dosing unit and the speed of the moving floor are adjusted accordingly.
