How a waste compactor for containers works
The Strautmann waste compactor for containers is available in two versions. The RC 1100 compacts waste in 1,100 liter containers, while the RC 660, RC 770 and RC 800 are designed for 660, 770 and 800 liter containers. All models are quick and safe to use. The filled roll container is inserted into the steel structure of the compactor and fixed at the side, which ensures high stability. This is followed by compaction, which reduces the waste volume by up to 75 percent. During the compaction process, the container is lifted slightly to take the strain off the rollers. The waste compactor for containers is not only suitable for residual waste, but also for cardboard and film, which can also be compressed to save space and prepared for recycling.
