The container is used for the collection of textiles and similar types of waste.
The waste drum design is designed to prevent precipitation and people entering.

The drum may be constructed with partitions to limit the volume of textile that can be thrown at one time.
Emptying is done manually via an unlockable solid construction door.

The door is protected against burglary - metal bars enter the top and bottom of the container body, and a specially designed metal insert locks the door from the side to prevent it from breaking or being cut.
