Semi-automatic, horizontal, compact baler press PAC

Pressing forces from 350kN up to 650kN with a closed press chamber resulting in very high bale wPressing forces from 350kN up to 650kN with a closed press chamber resulting in very high bale weights, even on difficult materials. The bale size is 75x110cm with a length of approx. 1.2m.

Control</strong

The switch cabinet with electronic control unit - PLC Siemens S7 - is mounted at the baler to keep the size of the machine as small as possible.
The baler is operated via clear turn-switches and push buttons.
The mechanical key safety system, which harmonizes with the current Machine Directive, ensures very high levels of safety.
To avoid damage by rodents, the cables on the baler are in open cable ducts.

Hydraulics</strong

The compact construction of the hydraulic unit is characterized by the installed, low-noise drives.
The modern main cylinder design in a completely bolted version without any welding eliminates material fatigue at welding seams.

Press hopper</strong

The voluminous manual feeding hopper with light barrier for the ram activation is designed to the recently published European standards regarding horizontal baling presses.
The PAC baler can optionally be supplied with a closed hopper with secured plexiglass door to connect a feeding conveyor to the baler.

Press box</strong

The well-engineered technology of this baler is accessible through a secured door at the rear of the machine. This makes it easy to carry out maintenance work.
Six exchangeable material retainers, which are fixed lateral at the press chamber preventing expansive materials from backing up.
The press chamber of the PAC is equipped with changeable guiding rails for the ram to reduce wear and extended the life time of the machine.

Tying</strong

The horizontal 4 fold tying is done manually with binding wire.
A wire needle facilitates the handling of the wire
