ProCut series control system

Performance-optimized control system, advanced and proven in various fields.  Freely selectable work programs ensure optimal and precise power control during different shredding processes. Simple, clear and intuitive menu with status messages and ratings. Monitoring of hydraulic oil level and temperature. Gentle and energy-saving operation with standard remote maintenance function.

ProCut series rotor knives

Made of high-quality Böhler steel or carbide, ensuring a longer service life; can be used 8 or 4 times. The knives are attached to removable holders, making changing them quick and easy. Innovative and diverse knife geometries from which you can choose the most suitable option. Two individually adjustable rows of anvil knives, precise cutting gap setting; can be used twice.

ProCut series rotor

The large number of knives and their optimized arrangement ensure higher productivity. Lower rotor friction results in lower heat generation. The rotor is protected from wear by applying a welded layer (overlay welding). The rotor is freely mounted, so there is no friction between the rotor and the sieve body.

ProCut Series Drive Unit

Robust, proven industrial plug-in gearbox with high efficiency; the gearbox is elastically supported by rubber springs. A protective overload clutch is monitored to protect the mechanics. The wide range of rotation speeds allows for optimal adaptation to the material being fed. The adjustable, tested rotor bearing system is located outside the machine housing, making it easy to access (split housing) and protected from dirt.

ProCut series rotary pusher

Internal, torsionally resistant swivel pusher prevents material from escaping. There are no moving or touching parts; additionally, the robust and sealed construction ensures a maintenance-free bearing system, so additional maintenance work is not required.

ProCut series maintenance hatch (maintenance door)

Convenient, quick and easy access to tools. The innovative design allows for quick and easy cleaning of the device after processing various types of materials.

ProCut Series Screen

Made of high-quality, wear-resistant steel, with a maximum sieve surface area. Hydraulically foldable and easily accessible. Quick and easy cleaning or replacement of the sieve without tools. Various perforations adapted to the specific material being shredded.
