The separator sorts the feed into light and heavy parts.
The feed must not be too small or too large.
The material must not be too loose or sticky.
For good separation results, the ratio of the smallest to the largest must be 1: 4

The material to be applied must be evenly distributed in the acceleration band.
A nozzle is placed under the front of the acceleration bar.
The material placed passes this nozzle and falls freely.
The ultra-light components are blown directly into the deposition chamber through the sheet metal.
In the transport area, extremely heavy parts fall into the heavy goods discharge zone.
All other parts reach the arched bar.
Throughout the entire radius of the arched strip, the material is divided into light and heavy fractions.

In the settling chamber, the light fractions are separated from the air stream.
Due to the flowing air flow, light particles can settle, and then they are emitted with the help of a light material exhaust belt.
The separator operates in recirculation mode.
The second fan separates the dusty air through the filter from the settling chamber and transfers the purified air to the environment.
The separated dust is transferred to the light material fraction.
