The fully automatic BaleTainer® offers an efficient solution for compacting cardboard packaging, octabins, film and empty PET bottles and cans into bales suitable for direct marketing. By using the fully automatic baler, large quantities of waste can be handled, making work processes much easier.
The BaleTainer® is a fully automatic baler for the baling of paper and cardboard packaging, film and empty PET bottles. It compresses large volumes of waste effortlessly. It has a large hopper so that large volume PET bottles and cartons can be fed and compacted. The hopper can be filled manually, by forklift, conveyor or tipping mechanisms. As soon as the bale is strapped, it is automatically ejected. In addition to feeding, automatic strapping and bale ejection are also available. The bales are compressed into high-density, industrial-size bales, which can be fully loaded onto trucks up to 24 t. The BaleTainer can be installed as a stand-alone unit or integrated into sorting processes.
Fully automatic BaleTainer® can be filled in six different ways to optimally adapt to your company’s requirements:
